Title: Can't even login

Platform [Android/iOS/Windows]: Android & Windows
Device model: $100+ Phone, $1,000 Laptop
Short Description: White Screen with "Loading 100%" and then back to Login Screen
Expected behavior: Login to the game.
Resulting behavior: Login didn't occur.
Was it back to normal after restart? [YES/NO]: NO
Elaborate if needed: Can't login. Sad.

Hi.. Actually i tested it with a $50 dolar androd phone and it worked..

Check if youre in the correct version 0.12 .. I was updating from 0.11 at about that time.

When it returns to the home screen instead of showing a retry dialog, it usually means you entered the wrong username/pass combo..
-ensure you are using your username and not your in game nickname
-caps are important, you should enter them exactly as when you registered
-username should be from 4 to 12 charactes, if your usuername is not in that range, pm me again.
-if your pass is not in that range, or youre unsure of your pass, please head to www.ahlos.com, at the bottom there is a button that will allow you to reset your pass. It will also tell you your username when done.

Prevously I do was having some issues with wifi connections, but that bug should be fixed by now.. Ill take a further look into it but I hope you can get it all set up and running with the above tips.

Note: When I registered, it looked like it tried to shove my email into the username box, instead of my username.

Well, this was silly. I had to use the credentials to login to the forum, so we knew they were correct. I changed the password and got in (to the game). I change it to the old one, and I consistently get returned to the login screen.

Was this an attempt to secure passwords, or a bug in the login routine?

Its more likely a bug.. I will take a look into it. Could you PM me the lenght of your original password? Im a bit clueless to be honest of what could be going on.

Same here, same problem.

Can't login at the Android App. Huawei P9 lite (PRA-LX3) with Android 8.0.0 or the windows program in Windows 10.

Problem in ver. 0.11, 0.12 and 0.13

The password has 8 characters, no numbers.

Hi, try reseting your password at ahlos.com main page. The only valid characters are letters, numbers and this special characters: !@#$.
